Through our Order Management Systems and Methods, we coordinate and track each order, keeping you informed of its progress! As orders are placed with us, we contact each shipper, confirming Order Readiness and Size!

We conduct a Carrier Search and Selection process assigning the right carrier to each order on your behalf. Once a carrier has been selected for your order, we advise them of all the requirements as it relates to the transportation of your goods!

We coordinate each pick up & delivery with the Shipper, Consignee and Carrier! We confirm each pick up & delivery as they happen and keep you informed of any changes!

On Time Record

When we talk about "On Time Delivery", we're talking about all orders not just a chosen few to make us look good. Each and every order is automatically monitored.

Our computer compares the Scheduled Pick Up date to the Actual Pick Up date. Our computer compares the ETA to the Actual Delivery date.

Claims Ratio

With our "Build & Go LTL" and "Load & Go TL" we just don't get many claims.
